Artwork / Creative
- What type of files can I upload?

We recommend saving your artwork as a PDF (PDF/X-1a:2001) with outlined fonts. You may also upload artwork in the following types: jpg, jpeg, psd, tif, tiff, ai. Remember to flatten your files before uploading.
- What color mode should my files be?

If you upload an RGB file, there's a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your order. You should always start and finish your design in CMYK color mode.
- What resolution should my design be?

The minimum resolution we accept is 300 DPI. This ensures a good high quality print of your flyer. Low resolution files may be printed as is or will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your delivery time.
- How should I set up my bleeds?

A bleed is the area that extends beyond the cut line. We require a minimum bleed size of 1/16" (.0625") all around. So a 4x6 flyer needs to be designed as (4.125x6.125).
In addition, please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least 1/16" (.0625") inside the cut line. If you add the required bleed size and the safe margin, you shouldn't have any text or important content 1/8" from the edge of the bleed.
- Do you accept borders on artwork?

Yes, but if the border is too close to the cut line, it may be cut off-center slightly. We do not recommend borders on your design.
- Can I submit multiple files in one document?

No, each side of a job must be on a separate file.
- How can I make sure my blues do not come out purple?
-
When using a blue in your design, always make sure to leave at least a 30% difference in your Cyan and Magenta values. Blue is close to purple in the CMYK spectrum. Remember, use a low amount of magenta whenever using high amounts of cyan to avoid purple.
- What is rich black and how can I get it?

Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% K, with additional CMY ink values. This results in a darker tone than black ink alone. If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black may not be as dark as you might like. We recommend using C-60 M-40 Y-40 K-100. This will give you a deep, dark, rich black.

- What type of shipping service does ClubPartyFlyers.com use?

We currently use UPS to ship our flyers.
- How much do you charge for shipping?

ClubPartyFlyers.com currently offers free shipping on all orders. We believe in price and order simplicity.
- Is shipping time already calculated in your turnaround?

Yes, unlike most other companies, we quote you in delivery time. What this means is that we calculate and include shipping time in our quote. So ordering flyers from us with a 48hr Delivery means overnight printing + overnight shipping.
- Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we do not. Our shipping service, UPS, will not ship to PO Box addresses and therefore, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Do you offer split shipments for the same order?

We do not offer split shipment. You cannot ship one order to two difference places. However you can place two different orders using the same artwork.
- Do you combine shipments?

Every one of our orders is processed individually. For this reason, we do not combine shipments. If you place more than one order for the same delivery time, you'll receive separate packages.
